Brandy Buro, MS, RDN, joined Ofstead & Associates in 2017 with a strong background in biology and experience in a variety of healthcare and community settings.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, she pursued a Master of Science degree from North Dakota State University, with a concentration in public health and research methods. As a research assistant at NDSU, she studied community-based approaches to obesity prevention. Ms. Buro later worked as a clinical dietitian in hospitals and long-term care facilities and in a nutrition education program at the University of Minnesota where she studied education methodology and health behaviors.
As a Research Associate with Ofstead, Ms. Buro supports the team in conducting real-world research aimed at improving the quality of health care and patient safety. She compiles and interprets current scientific literature, assists with study design and data collection, and translates key findings for industry leaders and health care professionals.
