Scott Ofstead

Mr. Ofstead has more than 10 years of experience providing administrative and management support in for-profit and non-profit settings, including service, manufacturing, and consulting environments.

He currently works as Vice President of Human Resources for a major financial services company in Seattle. Prior to that, he was a Human Resources Manager for a large retail company in Seattle. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ofstead spent seven years working for eBenX, Inc., a Minneapolis-based firm that provides consulting services and technology solutions to streamline employee benefits administration for Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, Mr. Ofstead had an instrumental role in bringing the company from its inception through its IPO.
