Lisa Mattson, MBA

Ms. Mattson joined Ofstead & Associates in 1997, and currently serves as Ofstead's Vice President and General Manager. She has been instrumental in both increasing the size of the business and diversifying the client base, which now includes a variety of healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Ms. Mattson's undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota focused on Business and Marketing Education. She earned her MBA in Marketing Management at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to joining Ofstead, she consulted with Minnesota Project Innovation on industrial marketing projects for small businesses. Before that, Ms. Mattson spent nine years working in product development, and marketing at HealthPartners and Honeywell.

As General Manager, Ms. Mattson is responsible for Ofstead's financial planning, business strategy, and project oversight. In addition, she provides management services and strategic insights to our clients. Ms. Mattson also serves on a variety of community and nonprofit executive boards.
