Sue Kiernan, MA/PCC

Ms. Kiernan is a leadership development consultant and coach who specializes in promoting skillful communication for healthcare executives and organizations.

Her background in outcomes management, combined with her twenty-plus year career in the corporate healthcare sector as a clinician and leader provides her with the ability to address workplace challenges and situations from all perspectives. In addition to a MA in Communication Disorders, Ms. Kiernan has completed postgraduate work at The Coaches Training Institute and Naropa University's Marpa Business Center.  She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.  She has served on several health and human services boards and committees.

As one of our Associates, Ms. Kiernan provides consultation and coaching for communication effectiveness, team development and leadership development for our clients.
