Caralyn Champa

Ms. Champa is a professional writer and researcher who joined Ofstead in April 2002. She is currently Manager of Research & Communications Services at Ofstead.

Ms. Champa has an undergraduate degree in French-English-Chinese from Goucher College in Baltimore. She completed extensive coursework in composition, creative writing and journalism and received a Presidential Scholarship that funded two years of independent research. After graduating in 2001, Ms. Champa worked at an academic research library in Washington, D.C. She is currently pursuing graduate studies related to library research and information science at the College of St. Catherine.

Ms. Champa coordinates the efforts of the research team, oversees client communications, and provides training to staff and clients to enhance their research skills. In addition, she manages the company's internal library and creates and edits documents for diverse client projects.
