Dawn Brintnell, MPH

Ms. Brintnell has nearly ten years of research experience in clinical, university, and government settings. She recently worked as a research scientist at the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Ms. Brintnell earned a MPH in Epidemiology and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Minnesota. She has expertise in research and evaluation design, sampling methodology, data management, and statistical analysis. She has co-authored journal articles and governmental reports on a variety of topics including smoking cessation, infant mortality, and prenatal risk factors. In addition to her research activities, Ms. Brintnell has worked as a health educator at a community clinic where she delivered direct patient education and assisted in the development of written educational materials for a diverse patient population.

Ms. Brintnell is a Research Associate who provides study design and data analysis services, and develops health-related educational materials for a variety of constituents.
