Mariah Quick, MPH joined the Ofstead team in 2016. She has research experience in injury prevention and comprehensive determinants of health. She earned a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology with a minor in Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota: School of Public Health. While studying at the School of Public Health, she worked at the Minnesota Department of Health in the Injury and Violence Prevention Unit and at Arundel Metrics, Inc., an independent consulting firm. Her Master’s project focused on the association between acceptance of violence against women and reported intimate violence experience among adults in Tanzania.
As a Research Projects Manager, Ms. Quick supports the research team by coordinating execution of deliverables, managing deadlines, and maintaining relationships with study sites. She coordinates our medical devices and treatment research. Ms. Quick collaborates with our multidisciplinary team to contribute to Ofstead’s primary research designed to making an impact on healthcare outcomes and quality improvement programs.
