Krystina Hopkins, MPH, joined Ofstead in 2017. Ms. Hopkins has a Master of Public Health degree in Environmental Health specializing in infectious disease from the University of Minnesota. Her thesis focused on the occupational health of childcare providers. During graduate school, she worked at the Minnesota Department of Health in the Vectorborne Disease Unit and with Hennepin County Public Health. Most recently, Ms. Hopkins has worked in a number of health and healthcare settings, including infectious disease clinical trial coordination at the University of Minnesota and project management for health economics and community-based research at Medica Research Institute
As a Research Associate at Ofstead, Ms. Hopkins supports the research team by compiling, organizing, and analyzing scientific literature and generating reports to communicate findings to clients in the healthcare industry. She also collaborates with the team to design and conduct primary, real-world studies to improve patient safety and care quality.
